One think you will notice immidiately is that your new neighbors and the locals are super nice. While people respect each other's privacy, we are one community of neighbors and it is refreshing to live somewhere so nice.

Imagine rush hour adding less than ten minutes to your commute. Pretty much everything is 10-20 minutes away. This means more time at home or having fun and less time sitting in your car. The airport is less than 30 minutes away.
